unfortunately did not go through, we have an unique property for sale. Build as
a model house, the one-floor villa is situated in a beautiful and natural land of about 10 hectare at the shores of the
lake Povoa e Meadas with views on the lake. Good access; water and electricity.

The Villa
The property is unique as it is the only house build in that place and the area belongs
now to the National Park São Mamede. No further construction is allowed in that
area.

de Vide on top of a mountain
The
area with the houses is close to Castelo de Vide (15 minutes by car. Castelo
de Vide is a well known historical medieval town perched on a mountain top,
part of the São Mamede mountain chain between Spain and Portugal, and has a
rich history as the many monuments even dated from the Roman period evidence.
The medieval town of Castelo de Vide nestled in the Sao Mamede mountain chain in the North Alentejo close to the Spanish border.
On short distance the districts capital Portalegre and the city of Marvão with a golf course.
