Castelo de Bode Area

In the Castelo de Bode area surrounding the largest reservoir of Portugal, we have a few properties for sale at the shores of a 40 km long lake with unrestricted lake views and direct access to the lake beach.

Plot sizes vary from 600 to about 3,500 m2.

All sizable 2-4 bedroom chalets - villas and bungalows -are fully equiped and suitable for permanent stay or recreation.

Castelo de Vide Area

In the Castelo de Vide area (North-Alentejo) we have two unique properties both with a land of about 10 hectare at the shores of the Povoa e Meadas reservoir, the oldest in Portugal. One land includes a former one-floor model house with three bedrooms and two living rooms build in the Alentejo style.

On the second land one might build a camping site or a caravan park and it provides various business opportunities for those who want to make a (new) living and at the same time enjoy the sunny climate in Portugal.

Both lands have of course have direct access to the lake with own beach areas and belong to the Narural Park Sao Mamede.
